    Job Description:

    We’re looking for a motivated and resourceful individual to help uncover and develop sales opportunities.
    In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving brand partnerships for the creators in our network. You'll analyze creator data to identify their unique strengths and audience demographics, then strategically reach out to brands that are a strong fit. You'll play a key role in generating new business, pitching potential partners, and securing high-value collaborations that benefit both creators and brands.

    Qualifications: 

    • Previous experience in sales, outreach, marketing, or partnerships is ideal. Entry level role, so demonstrated persistence and hard work are key. 

    • Proficient in written communication and confident in external outreach

    • Ability to read and interpret creator analytics (CPV, engagement, demographics, etc.)  With a solid understanding of creator platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram

    • No degree required, but being resourceful, self-motivated with great attention to detail is what we are looking for

    Bonus:

    • Strong sales or outreach experience is a plus especially within the creator economy.

    • Experience with CRMs or lead tracking tools is a bonus

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Build rate cards, pitch decks and outreach messages tailored to each brand opportunity

    • Reach out to suitable brands across industries via email, social, and other channels

    • Match brands with the most aligned creators in our roster

    • Track key metrics of creators: audience demographics, engagement rates, CPV, sales conversions

    • Keep detailed records of outreach, deal progress, follow up and close brand deals

    • Reach out to creators to understand their desired rates while presenting potential opportunities

  • Who you are: 

    Are you an excellent writer who can quickly and consistently publish content?

    Can you write about anything and make it interesting? 

    You understand voice, tone, and how to write for specific audiences

    You can take an idea, research it and turn it into a full, polished newsletter with zero hand-holding

    You're able to plan, create, and schedule content weeks ahead of time, consistently delivering across multiple fast-paced and tightly managed content calendars.

    Job Description:

    We’re looking for a fast, sharp, and self-sufficient newsletter writer to create engaging, high-performing content across a range of categories. Whether you're writing about skincare trends, fitness routines, or travel tips, your job is to craft content compelling enough to get opened, read, and shared. The content should be so engaging and relevant that it’s ready to be distributed at scale across our creator network.

     

    You’ll help creators launch or scale their own newsletters by crafting content that aligns with their voice, delivers real value to their audience, and builds long-term engagement on their behalf.

    Qualifications: 

    • Strong writing and editorial background, especially with newsletters or digital media

    • You’ve written across niches or have deep expertise in one (e.g. travel, lifestyle, business, fitness, food etc)

    • Solid grasp of audience psychology and writing for conversion or engagement

    • Experience using AI tools to speed up workflow without sacrificing quality

    • No degree required. If you can write, edit and publish quickly whilst working independently, that's all that counts.

    Bonus:

    • Bonus if you’ve launched a newsletter or grown an audience from scratch

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Write, edit, and deliver daily, weekly or monthly newsletters for our owned publications or partnered creators

    • Create and write engaging content that delivers value, speaks directly to the audience, builds trust, drives opens, clicks, and shares. Keeps readers coming back week after week.

    • Work with creators to help them launch or scale their own newsletters

    • Track performance metrics and constantly improve content quality and engagement

    • Use AI tools to support drafting, summarizing, or brainstorming, but always bring strong editorial instincts

  • Who you are: 

    Are you willing to send 100 messages every day pitching creators? 

    Can you be very persuasive and recuit creators to join? 

    Are you obsessed with internet culture and live on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube so you understand which trends and creators are likely to explode next? 

    You’ve got charm, charisma and hustle. You genuinely care about helping creators win so will be able to convince them to join and then find them the right deals. 

    Job Description:

    We're looking for someone to scout and manage the next generation of breakout creators. In this role, you’ll sign talent, secure brand partnerships, negotiate deals, provide strategic support and help creators build thriving businesses.

     

    You'll be the driving force that connects creators with the partnerships, tools, and momentum they need to level up.

    Qualifications: 

    • Experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or creator-focused sales

    • Confident negotiating deals and managing multiple conversations at once

    • Strong understanding of social platforms and what makes content perform

    • No degree required. If you are able to sign talented creators and effectivley pitch brand deals and manage the process, then nothing else matters. 

    Bonus:

    • If you have an existing network of creators or brand partners you work and can bring on board

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify, pitch, and sign high-potential creators into our talent roster

    • Build relationships and act as the day-to-day point of contact for creators

    • Secure and negotiate brand deals that align with creators content and goals

    • Help creators grow their businesses, from content to partnerships to revenue streams

    • Track deal flow, creator performance, and pipeline progress

  • Who you are: 

    Have you built and scaled a successful business before? Do you have a deep desire to do it again, but this time at a scale that turns the idea into a category-defining brand?

    A seasoned founder or operator who’s already built a business in the category you want to build in again. Deeply experienced in a specific vertical (e.g. apparel, CPG, software, games, wellness, fashion, beauty, supplements, etc.)

    Obsessive about product-market fit, margins, and fast feedback loops

    A founder at heart who is deeply strategic but willing to get your hands dirty to build and scale 

    Job Description:

    We’re launching new creator-led businesses and looking for proven operators to take the reins. You won’t be starting from scratch — we’ll bring the capital, structure, advisors, administrative help and creator partnerships. You’ll step in as CEO to lead day-to-day growth, using your experience to scale fast and smart. This is for someone who’s built before and is ready to do it again with firepower behind them.

    We're open to any business idea, in any category, as long as we believe it can thrive with the right creator partnership. 

    Qualifications: 

    • You’ve launched and scaled at least one successful business in your category

    • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy, ops, and digital growth

    • Proven ability to lead teams and execute under pressure

    • You’re comfortable owning the P&L and moving fast to create a business that scales rapidly even if resources are limited. Scrappy hustling mindset

    • Deep understanding of DTC, e-commerce, consumer brands or industry of choice. 

    Bonus:

    • Experience working with or alongside influencers is a big plus

    Job Description:

    We’re looking for a strategic, analytical and entrepreneurial Investment Director to lead fundraising efforts and deploy capital into creator-led ventures. This role is central to our mission of backing the next generation of creative entrepreneurs and building scalable businesses within the creator economy.

     

    You’ll be responsible for identifying funding opportunities, building relationships with investors, and managing the investment pipeline — from sourcing and due diligence to deal execution and portfolio oversight.

    Qualifications: 

    • Proven experience in fundraising, venture capital, private equity, or investment banking

    • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and deal negotiation skills

    • Deep knowledge of fund structures, operational requirements and corporate governance

    • No degree required. If you can raise capital whilst correctly structuring the financial side of businesses and the fund, nothing else matters. 

    Bonus:

    • Experience working with or investing in creators, influencers, or DTC brands

    • Strong existing network of investors or operators in the media, tech, or consumer space. 

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead capital raising initiatives from venture capitalists, angel investors, family offices, and funds

    • Develop and manage a pipeline of creator-led investment opportunities

    • Perform due diligence and financial analysis on potential investments

    • Maintain investor relationships and prepare updates, reports, and performance metrics
